· In case you forgot that Tyra exists, here’s your weekly reminder: Georgia mother Beverly McClendon is suing Tyra Banks for putting her 15-year-old daughter on the show without consent. McClendon’s daughter appeared on an Oct. 2009 broadcast about underage sex addicts and the lawsuit alleges that she was picked up from her home, flown to New York and put up in a hotel all without Beverly’s knowledge. The mother even went so far as to file a missing persons report with police. McClendon seeks $3 million in damages for exposing her daughter to “sexual deviants, perverts and pedophiles.”
